Dealing with stress

Sometimes I feel like I'm over my head in work. It's almost a feeling of defeat so when I am stressed out and freaking out I do a couple of activities to help me manage.

1. Take a deep breath
2. recognize what is stressing you out and know your limits
3. don't sweat the little things
4. make a priority list
5. ask for help
6. be healthy (get enough sleep and work out)
7. remove yourslef from the stressful situation
8. accept the things you can not change
9. take time to relax
10. Avoid unnecessary conflict
